Located in the centre of the urbanisation La Coveta Fuma, halfway between Alicante and Benidorm, on the Costa Blanca, close to all local amenities (2 minutes on foot) and only 30 minutes from Alicante airport.

The apartment is very well furnished; a modern, cosy living room with dining table and open plan kitchen, which is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, etc. The 2 bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and have air conditioning. It has a nice view over the swimming pool and landscaped garden. 

The kitchen and bathroom have been recently renovated. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.

This apartment has a large communal swimming pool for the whole family, on the ground floor, a sandy beach about 30 metres away and all local amenities (supermarket, bars and restaurants) just 2 minutes walk, in the centre of La Coveta Fuma.

The Costa Blanca is famous for its kilometres of beaches (very clean and with good facilities), ideal for swimming, fishing, sailing, windsurfing or water skiing! There are many markets to visit, to drink wine and eat tapas!

Coveta Fuma is based just slightly north of El Campello and just a 5 minute drive or tram ride away from the town centre. Coveta Fuma is a small charming village with a local supermarket, post office, bars, restaurants all set around a small cobbled square with children’s play area making it ideal for families.The small sandy beaches are safe and great for snorkelling and swimming.

The local town centre of El Campello is a short drive or tram ride away from your property, boasting 18km of golden sand beaches, long promenade with many bars and restaurants, children’s play areas and fantastic marina, offering all types of water tours! The traditional weekly, colourful market is on Wednesday and Sunday.

If you enjoy sports, there are 3 major golf courses within a 15 minutes drive; for instance, Bonalba 18-hole golf course is 15 minutes drive away and Alicante golf about 20 minutes. You can also play tennis in San Juan, about 20 minutes by car or train.
