You will also enjoy the various terraces around the house to relax, enjoy the sun and the superb views over the sea. Moreover, there is an exterior corner with pergola, allowing you to have a meal or drink outside with fantastic seaviews.

The villa is offering you in total 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (with showers). The mainhouse contains 2 bedrooms of 2 single beds and a bedroom with a double bed. It also contains 2 bathrooms with shower (1 en-suite) with A/C and wardrobes.

The basement of the villa (with his own entrace) give space to a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a bedroom with a double bed. It also has 1 bathroom with shower.

It has a large living-dining room connected to a fully equipped kitchen  (microwave, ceramic cooker, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine etc.)

From the living room and the kitchen you have access to the large terrace and private swimming pool with comfortable sunloungers and lounge chairs-table.

Coveta Fuma is based just slightly north of El Campello and just a 5 minute drive or tram ride away from the town centre. Coveta Fuma is a small charming village with a local supermarket, post office, bars, restaurants all set around a small cobbled square with children’s play area making it ideal for families.The small sandy beaches are safe and great for snorkelling and swimming.

The local town centre of El Campello is a short drive or tram ride away from your property, boasting 18km of golden sand beaches, long promenade with many bars and restaurants, children’s play areas and fantastic marina, offering all types of water tours! The traditional weekly, colourful market is on Wednesday and Sunday.

If you enjoy sports, there are 3 major golf courses within a 15 minutes drive; for instance, Bonalba 18-hole golf course is 15 minutes drive away and Alicante golf about 20 minutes. You can also play tennis in San Juan, about 20 minutes by car or train.
