There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with bath/shower and the other bathroom has a walk-in shower with integrated radio.
A cosy living room with twin leather sofas, feature electric fireplace, fast fibre WIFi/internet, Smart flatscreen satellite TV and a Bluetooth enabled stereo system with triple sliding doors accessing the main terrace. The adjoining dining room comfortably seats 6 people with sliding doors to the terrace which has another outside dining area overlooking the pool and the Mediterranean sea. Ideal for those who want to relax in the shade or catch some sun, without losing contact with those in the villa.
The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and microwave, there is a separate utility room with a washing machine.
The large roof-terrace of 55 m2 offers a spectacular view over the sea and the mountains and is equipped with a dining table and seating for 8; a great place for dining or a BBQ and enough space for additional sun loungers.
The 15m2 private pool (can be heated) with its sun loungers and umbrellas is the ideal place for cooling off and enjoy a drink . Although no pool is totally safe , a glass fence provides extra security for young children.

Coveta Fuma is based just slightly north of El Campello and just a 5 minute drive or tram ride away from the town centre. Coveta Fuma is a small charming village with a local supermarket, post office, bars, restaurants all set around a small cobbled square with children’s play area making it ideal for families.The small sandy beaches are safe and great for snorkelling and swimming.
The local town centre of El Campello is a short drive or tram ride away from your property, boasting 18km of golden sand beaches, long promenade with many bars and restaurants, children’s play areas and fantastic marina, offering all types of water tours! The traditional weekly, colourful market is on Wednesday and Sunday.
If you enjoy sports, there are 3 major golf courses within a 15 minutes drive; for instance, Bonalba 18-hole golf course is 15 minutes drive away and Alicante golf about 20 minutes. You can also play tennis in San Juan, about 20 minutes by car or train.
