The property is well furnished, with 2 bedrooms (4 single beds); a comfortable and large lounge/dining room (satellite T.V. provided) with built in fully equipped kitchen; a bathroom with walk-in shower, and nice views to the sea.

This special apartment also has a large family communal pool located on the ground floor, a direct access to the sandy beach approximately 100-metre away and all local amenities (small supermarket, bars and restaurants) only a 2-minute walk, in the centre of La Coveta Fuma.

Furthermore, the apartment is 5 minutes from the town of El Campello, with its beautiful port, great restaurants, shops and bars. You can also reach all major shopping facilities there, by bus (running every hour) or train (running all the way, from Alicante to Denia, twice per hour)… so a car is not essential here!

The Costa Blanca is famous for its miles of beaches, which have received the prodigious EU Blue Flag for facilities and cleanliness; great for swimming, fishing, sailing, windsurfing or even jet-skiing!

There are many local markets, good wine and of course great tapas!

Coveta Fuma is based just slightly north of El Campello and just a 5 minute drive or tram ride away from the town centre. Coveta Fuma is a small charming village with a local supermarket, post office, bars, restaurants all set around a small cobbled square with children’s play area making it ideal for families.The small sandy beaches are safe and great for snorkelling and swimming.

The local town centre of El Campello is a short drive or tram ride away from your property, boasting 18km of golden sand beaches, long promenade with many bars and restaurants, children’s play areas and fantastic marina, offering all types of water tours! The traditional weekly, colourful market is on Wednesday and Sunday.

If you enjoy sports, there are 3 major golf courses within a 15 minutes drive; for instance, Bonalba 18-hole golf course is 15 minutes drive away and Alicante golf about 20 minutes. You can also play tennis in San Juan, about 20 minutes by car or train.
