Beautiful first line villa in Venta Lanuza with sea views, private swimming pool, located in the quiet urbanization Venta Lanuza. The pool is surrounded by gardens with palm and fruit trees. The villa consists of three levels, each independently air conditioned.

The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms with single beds, one bathroom with shower, a fully furnished kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, etc.) and a living room with sliding doors leading to a terrace with BBQ.

The 2nd floor has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds , one bathroom with bathtub and shower, one extra space with a double airbed to sleep two more persons, and a terrace with sea views.

The roof terrace is a great place to enjoy the views and relax.

In the basement/garage  you’ll be able to park at least two cars, as well as play ping-pong or use the sport machine.

The villa also offers flat screen TVs and satellite TV, and a private access to the beach.

As for the location and nearby activities, the house is 30 km away from Benidorm and it’s nightlife, as well as it’s theme parks Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, Aqualandia and Mundomar.

For nature lovers, the countryside offers mountainous landscapes with valleys, rivers and dams (Castell de Guadalest, Fuentes del Algar, etc.), you can take part in many  trips the region offers (Canelobre Caves). Or you can just enjoy the beaches instead, and feast on tapas while discovering the valencian gastronomy.

Our beaches have been awarded the prodigious Blue Flag of the EU for their facilities and tidiness.

Coveta Fuma is based just slightly north of El Campello and just a 5 minute drive or tram ride away from the town centre. Coveta Fuma is a small charming village with a local supermarket, post office, bars, restaurants all set around a small cobbled square with children’s play area making it ideal for families.The small sandy beaches are safe and great for snorkelling and swimming.

The local town centre of El Campello is a short drive or tram ride away from your property, boasting 18km of golden sand beaches, long promenade with many bars and restaurants, children’s play areas and fantastic marina, offering all types of water tours! The traditional weekly, colourful market is on Wednesday and Sunday.

If you enjoy sports, there are 3 major golf courses within a 15 minutes drive; for instance, Bonalba 18-hole golf course is 15 minutes drive away and Alicante golf about 20 minutes. You can also play tennis in San Juan, about 20 minutes by car or train.
