This beautiful spacious villa for 11 people, with pool and playground for children, is located in La Coveta fuma, El Campello, 1 minute walk from the tram station “Cala Piteras” and 3 to 4 minutes to the sea. No Car Needed!

There are a total of 5 bedrooms sleeps 11 + 2 cots, 4 bathrooms (1 with bath and 3 with shower; all with sink and toilet), cozy living room with satellite T.V., stereo and a fireplace.

The kitchen is fully equipped including washing machine, fridge / freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, citrus squeezer, toaster, etc.

Besides the main house there is a nice apartment with a downstairs bathroom (reached via outside stairs); with enough space for 4 people.

The large main terrace is ideal for eating out both in summer and winter.

The terrace that leads from the bedroom has a beautiful view over the sea, mountains and the village.

The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with several shady terraces with enough garden furniture.

There is also a swimming pool with sun beds is ± 40 m., a BBQ,  beautiful garden and a fully enclosed plot (a lot of privacy).

The centre of La Coveta fuma is 1 stop with tram or a 2 minutes drive away where the shops, bars, international restaurants and supermarkets are located.

The coastline has an abundance of beautiful sandy beaches, perfect for swimming, fishing, jet skiing or sailing.

There are many local markets to discover, good wines to taste and delicious tapas bars to enjoy of course!

Coveta Fuma is based just slightly north of El Campello and just a 5 minute drive or tram ride away from the town centre. Coveta Fuma is a small charming village with a local supermarket, post office, bars, restaurants all set around a small cobbled square with children’s play area making it ideal for families.The small sandy beaches are safe and great for snorkelling and swimming.

The local town centre of El Campello is a short drive or tram ride away from your property, boasting 18km of golden sand beaches, long promenade with many bars and restaurants, children’s play areas and fantastic marina, offering all types of water tours! The traditional weekly, colourful market is on Wednesday and Sunday.

If you enjoy sports, there are 3 major golf courses within a 15 minutes drive; for instance, Bonalba 18-hole golf course is 15 minutes drive away and Alicante golf about 20 minutes. You can also play tennis in San Juan, about 20 minutes by car or train.

Whether you want to discover the charm of all the little market towns of Villajoyosa and Altea, the fun and nightlife of Benidorm, (only 25 minutes drive) with its theme parks (“Terra Mitica”, “Mundo Mar”, and “Aqualandia”), the mystery of the Canelobre caves in the village of Busot, the historic side of Guadalest or simply enjoy the beautiful mountainous countryside, we know you will find all that you are looking for, right here, in the area.
