Beautiful chalet for 6-7 people with air conditioning in La Coveta Fuma, just 2 min walk from the beach.

The house is on two levels:
On the top floor (main house) there is an equipped living room with dining table for 4 people, a satellite TV. TV (flat screen) and a fireplace. Otherwise, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for 1 person located next to the bedroom. The spacious bathroom has a bath with shower , washbasin and toilet.

The renovated, fully equipped kitchen has among other things a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, kettle, etc. and has a large table where you can sit comfortably with 6 people.

The ground floor  (apartment) has its own entrance and has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

The house has a private parking (closed by a fence) and a large garden with various terraces with furniture such as sun loungers, chairs and tables with umbrellas. The outdoor kitchen is ideal for barbecuing and enjoying a good glass of wine or cold beer.

In addition, the house offers a roof terrace with sea view. In just 2 minutes walk you are at the sea from the quiet but beautiful “Calan Mig” bay with sand, ideal for swimming, snorkeling, fishing or just relaxing and soaking up the sun.

La Coveta Fuma, part of the municipality of El Campello, is a quiet settlement on the Spanish Mediterranean coast between Benidorm and Alicante.

This picturesque residential area on the Costa Blanca, with its changing architecture in a flowing landscape, offers panoramic views of the sea and sandy coves. This part of the Costa Blanca is also known as the “Florida” of Europe because of its mild and subtropical climate.

You will find the best climate in Europe just two or two and a half hours by plane from any European capital.

Coveta Fuma is based just slightly north of El Campello and just a 5 minute drive or tram ride away from the town centre. Coveta Fuma is a small charming village with a local supermarket, post office, bars, restaurants all set around a small cobbled square with children’s play area making it ideal for families.The small sandy beaches are safe and great for snorkelling and swimming.

The local town centre of El Campello is a short drive or tram ride away from your property, boasting 18km of golden sand beaches, long promenade with many bars and restaurants, children’s play areas and fantastic marina, offering all types of water tours! The traditional weekly, colourful market is on Wednesday and Sunday.

If you enjoy sports, there are 3 major golf courses within a 15 minutes drive; for instance, Bonalba 18-hole golf course is 15 minutes drive away and Alicante golf about 20 minutes. You can also play tennis in San Juan, about 20 minutes by car or train.
