The villa has 3 bedrooms,  1 bathroom with walk-in shower, extra guesttoilet , a fully furnished kitchen and a private pool with sunbeds.

A cosy, light living room with wifi and large windows, adjacent to a separate kitchen. Through a hall you come to the three bedrooms and a bathroom.

One of the bedrooms has direct access to the terrace via a large sliding door.

The bedrooms have all fitted wardrobes and the house also in all rooms air conditioning.

There are spacious terraces with cloth shadingaround the house, accessible from the living room through a large sliding door.

A staircase takes you down to the level of the swimming pool, with a terrace, sunbeds and a outdoor shower.

You can park your car at the driveway or in the garage (closed plot).

The remaining part of the plot is thoughtfully planned as a lovely Mediteranean garden

It is a very short walk (3-4 minutes) in one direction to the small sandy cove of “Cala Mig” and the hilly lanes ideal for lovers of walking. In the other direction there is a road leading to the TRAM station and fully stocked supermarket open seven days per week in the summer season. Just a short walk over the TRAM stop, is the Plaza of Coveta Fuma, with its selection of bars, restaurants children´s play area and my agency  Casa Coveta for any information or questions.

Coveta Fuma is based just slightly north of El Campello and just a 5 minute drive or tram ride away from the town centre. Coveta Fuma is a small charming village with a local supermarket, post office, bars, restaurants all set around a small cobbled square with children’s play area making it ideal for families.The small sandy beaches are safe and great for snorkelling and swimming.

The local town centre of El Campello is a short drive or tram ride away from your property, boasting 18km of golden sand beaches, long promenade with many bars and restaurants, children’s play areas and fantastic marina, offering all types of water tours! The traditional weekly, colourful market is on Wednesday and Sunday.

If you enjoy sports, there are 3 major golf courses within a 15 minutes drive; for instance, Bonalba 18-hole golf course is 15 minutes drive away and Alicante golf about 20 minutes. You can also play tennis in San Juan, about 20 minutes by car or train.

Whether you want to discover the charm of all the little market towns of Villajoyosa and Altea, the fun and nightlife of Benidorm, (only 25 minutes drive) with its theme parks (“Terra Mitica”, “Mundo Mar”, and “Aqualandia”), the mystery of the Canelobre caves in the village of Busot, the historic side of Guadalest or simply enjoy the beautiful mountainous countryside, we know you will find all that you are looking for, right here, in the area.
