The spacious living room, with sunny en-suit terrace with garden furniture, has a sit and a dining area with satellite television, DVD player,stereo, heater and fan. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster etc. The apartment is finished to a high standard and beautifully furnished. The apartment enjoys beautiful kept gardens, equipped with a large kidney shaped swimming pool surrounded by palm/olive trees, tennis court, lifts, private parking, security gates for a save and secure environment for children and parents.
FAQ: 1. Does the apartment has a nice view at the seaside? From the terrace you can see a quiet street, on the opposite side a similar building. Looking to the left you will see the sea and looking to the right you will have a landscape view of almond groves and mountains. Specially from the roof terrace you have a 360° spectacular view on the Costa Blanca and the surrounding area.

Coveta Fuma is based just slightly north of El Campello and just a 5 minute drive or tram ride away from the town centre. Coveta Fuma is a small charming village with a local supermarket, post office, bars, restaurants all set around a small cobbled square with children’s play area making it ideal for families.The small sandy beaches are safe and great for snorkelling and swimming.
The local town centre of El Campello is a short drive or tram ride away from your property, boasting 18km of golden sand beaches, long promenade with many bars and restaurants, children’s play areas and fantastic marina, offering all types of water tours! The traditional weekly, colourful market is on Wednesday and Sunday.
If you enjoy sports, there are 3 major golf courses within a 15 minutes drive; for instance, Bonalba 18-hole golf course is 15 minutes drive away and Alicante golf about 20 minutes. You can also play tennis in San Juan, about 20 minutes by car or train.
